Core Voltage on Intel D915 GEV Low??

I installed Hardware monitor and my Core Voltage is in the RED. It is at
+1.35V and I guess that standard is 1.525 V. What gives? Power supply to
small? I am running three WD 250GB hard drives, X600 PCI Express Video card.
Any thoughts?

Your PSU is probably too underpowered and possibly has an unstable voltage
output (common problem in cheap PSU's.)
