Hardware sensor settings

It seems that my computer has been running out so I downloaded Hardware
Monitor to watch things. It is in a enclosed desk computer "drawer" but I
have drilled six 2" holes in the side to get air. But it shows The CORE
Voltage at *1.35 and it is the only thing in the RED. Here are my other
settings. With door open and then closed for 6 hours.
MB 37C to 38C
CPU1 44C to 44C
CPU2 36C to 37C
Fans are all the same speed
HD1 41C to 43C
HD2 45C to 49C
HD3 46C to 49C

Thanks for any suggestions. It is an ATX case. Intel D845MB 3- WD 250 Gig
Drives 1 Gig Ram and an X600 PCI express card.
Like I said, what is up with the low voltage???
Thanks again

For cooling, you should probably provide fans at the holes in the
drawer. Air needs to get to/from the outside.

Good luck.
