copying

What is the best way for me to copy all the info in my contacts folder
including categories? I have XP Office 2002. Can i put on a cd?
 
To move the categories take a look here:

I'd copy the contacts into another set of Personal Folders (PST files) then
move that PST file to the other machine using CD (or other media.

Are you migrating from one machine to another?
