Copying toolbars from template to template

Whenever I use WORD documents created at work I have always available my custom toolbars I am familiar with. I want to have the same toolbars available when I use WORD at home in a different computer. I emailed myself the document template I use at work. However, when I try to create a new document based on that template the toolbars are not there. If I go to TOOLS-ADDINS AND TEMPLATES-ORGANIZER I do not see the toolbars there either. Could you help me to do what I am attempting? Thank You

Leon,

When you created the custom toolbars at work did you make
them available to the specfic document template or the
normal.dot template? Unless you specify you want the
toolbar available to a certain template, Word will put it
in the normal.dot template by default.
