Copying to CD

When I try to copy a file to a blank CD, say in my computer, I am getting the
error message E:\is not accessable Incorrect function. The drive can see CD's
eg a music one but I can't seem to write to a blank CD. The type of drive is
a MATSHITA DVD-RAM, IT IS A dvd/cd-rom drive Any suggestions??

Hi Mary!
Open up my computer and right click on your CD drive letter,select
properties then the recording tab.Is their a checkmark in the box "enable
recording on this drive"?
