Copying Subtotals to new worksheet

I have a worksheet full of data. I have used the subtotal function and want
to copy across just the subtotals to a new worksheet. I can't seem to only
copy the subtotals. When I collapse the subtotal sidebar so that the sheet
only shows the subtotals and then try copying them it copies over the
collapsed side bar to so I can still reveal the full data again.

Can someone please help?

After you've hidden the details
select the range to copy
edit|goto|special|Visible cells only

Then do the copy|paste

After selecting the subtotal rows, press the F5 key, click on the Special
button, and select "Visible cells only" and then click OK. You should see
the marquee around the selection change to indicate that the hidden rows are
no longer selected. Now you can Copy & Paste only the subtotals
