copying pictures from web to desktop

when i try to copy or cut and paste pictures from web to
my pictures folder or the hard drive the icon comes up
but when i click on it, it has no picture and says "no
preview available" --any help would be greatly appreciated

You probably just need to delete temporary files and also do something else
if you are on AOL.
Go to this site, bottom of the page and follow directions.
