Copying & Pasting arrow help

I do some scheduling in Excel and will use arrows when someone is on
shift for more than one day.

Probmen is that when I go to copy and paste an arrow, it alsways gets
pasted in some random spot - not where I have the cursor. I have to
go search for it.

Any ideas?

Hi!

Don't select the arrow object itself, instead, select the
cell and copy/paste that.
