Copying Messages to A folder issue

I have a user that is copying messages from the Inbox to a folder - I've
watched her do so and all works fine.

The next morning, all of the messages are moved out of the Inbox and into
the folder she copied to. This is resulting in double messages in the folder
and no message in the Inbox and it creates double work to move them all back.

There are no client or server side rules. Users do not use PST or OST files
in this environment. Any idea as to what can make this happen?

Does this user have two or more accounts defined to check/work against the
same mailbox?
