Copying mail and contacts from old computer

Hi,

I've just upgraded a computer and OS from 98-->XP. I want to backup my mail and contacts so that I can move them to the new Computer/XP. what should I be backing up, how to restore it in new outlook 2003 (I am using OE now)?

You need to copy to OE on new pc, then export from OE to OL
ie OE, inc data, needs to be on same PC as OL
