Copying individual archive folders to CD

I have folders in my archive file that I would like to move to a cd for
storage. I don't want to backup the entire archive file, just archive
individual folders for possible use later. I have read discussions on copying
..pst file but I can't access the folders within archive.pst
Can this be done?

You can open the archive file in Outlook (file, open, outlook data file then
select the archive folder) and then export individual folders from the
archive to another file (file, import and export, export to a file, personal
folder file .pst). Copy this file to the CD.

Exporting is not reccomended as it often leads to problems, simply copy to
the new pst

Copy this file to the CD.

But make sure Outlook is closed when you do.
