Copying Files - New Windows XP Installation

Ive just built my new computer and im trying to install
windows xp professional. Formatting the drive under the
setup program goes fine but when it starts to install
windows, at 12 % or so,it says cannot copy file <filename>
hit enter to retry or escape to quit. I can't get passed
this error! Some one please help. Thanks alot.
 
I'm having the same problem, although I get to 90% before
the problem starts. A new CD doesn't work, since I'm
trying that as well.
