Copying eml files over from another inbox versus importing or rest

I have an Acronis backup that I can read the file structure and COPY Files
(ie I can see my inbox fold and my sent folds with their emil files) but I
can't restore as I cannot get Acronis to fully work to restore my files.

INSTEAD can I just copy the 2 weeks of eml files ie 2 weeks of sent and
inbox files over to my hard drive from my back up hard drive that has the
same file structure. I have tried this but can't seem to see them when I
reopen vista mail. I have tried importing pointing my backup drive folders
and this does not work.

How does one just copy eml over??? Any help appreciated

Drag the EML file from Windows Explorer to the proper folder inside an open
WinMail.

Frank Perfect if one Drags them over but does not work if one "copies" them

I did not have to change any attributes

My OEX utility will also allow you to import them into Winmail with a button
click.
