copying contacts (address book)

Is there an easy way to copy all of my Outlook contacts
from my desktop to my new laptop?
 
If the only information you need is your Contacts, just export your Contacts
Folder to a PST file and import that into your laptop.
If you want all your Outlook data, just copy your PST file and configure
your new installation to use it.
