copying cds using mp9series

each time i try to copy a cd error code 0xC00D0FB0 appears telling me to change cdrom properties, have done this and still will not copy - any advice

Hi, You should try changing it from Analog to Digital (Dig. to Ana.) If
that doesn't help you have some other software on your PC conflicting this
WMP recording.
