copying and pasting

wondering if anyone could help... my copying and pasting ability has stopped
working a few days ago.

I can't copy text or images from webpages into other programs or emails. It
comes up blank. I tried many different sites..

any ideas?

Hi "lowesm",

It's never been possible to "cut and paste" graphic images ("pictures") into
the body of an E-Mail message, using IE/OE 6. A picture can be saved and
then INSERTED into the E-Mail, or it can be sent as an attachment in which
case it will appear in the message body when viewed by the recipient.

As for "cut and paste" into other programs, we'd need to know which
programs.
