Copying an OS (XP) from a re-installation disc software

OK, so before I get hit with the stealing thing. Here is what I did. Three
years ago I purchased a Dell. I put my Windows 2000 on it from my business
(It was a corporate copy and I had permission to use a license as I worked
from home a lot). That left me with an unused Windows XP Home Edition
re-installation disc for the Dell. I now want to use this copy (Unused,
unopened and paid for) on a home built clone. So, is there any software that
will allow me to install only the OS? I know normally it wont install unless
its a Dell, but I figure I paid for it I should be able to use it.

Thats an OEM version and the EULA states that its tied with the original
hardware it came with....

The Dell XP is OEM, i.e. licenced for use on the machine it was part
of, and no other. Whether you paid for it or not has nothing to do
with it.
