Copying an EXCEL sheet into Powerpoint

The Excel sheet is cropped in either row and/or column so that I do not see
all the data I require.
My current sheet is 40 rows to column V
 
I recommend creating a hyperlink to your Excel spreadsheet within your
PowerPoint then the entire spreadsheet will display in a new window when you
click the hyperlink provided you have the Excel program or plug-in on the
presentation computer .
