Copying addresses from Express

Is there an easy way to copy my contact list from Express
to regular Microsoft Outlook?

In Outlook, click File>Import and Export. Select "Import Internet Mail and
Addresses" and click Next. Select "Outlook Express", check only the "Import
Address Book" box and click Next. Select the appropriate duplicates radio
button and click Finish. (This is for OL 2002/2003, by the way.)
