copy utility.

How come I can not scan to printer with my copy
untility..Does anyone know how I can make this work.?
I had to buy new software and download a patch to get my
scanner working..But now I cannot get the copy utility to
work it keeps saying cannot find drive.
If any one knows please e-mail me......

Tell us the name/model of the scanner.

The copy utility is part of the scanner software. The manufacturer of the
scanner SHOULD be the ones to help your to get it working.
