copy speech recognition file to other computers

I spent a lot of time training Windows XP speech
recognition on my home computer. How can I copy those
speech recognition files to my office computer so I don't
have to train it there?

How can I change the speech file name so other
instructors can add their speech recognition files to a
classroom demonstration computer that is used by many
different teachers?

Does XP come with speech recognition??? Sure it's not
some other product like ViaVoice or Dragon??
