Copy portion of track changed document into new document

Track Changes

I ned to copy a portion of a track changes document into a new document while
still showing the tracked changes
 
Temporarily turn OFF "Track Changes" in the recipient document. It
then won't register the insertion as an insertion, but it will
preserve all the insertions and deletions in the inserted passage.
