open your web in FrontPage, hit file/ publish web. in the publish web
dialog box hit browse, and browse to the A drive. type in a name like
archive and publish it to the folder on your floppy.
this will keep all your links and images together and would even make the
floppy disk browsable while offline.

If all you are trying to do (as you subject line
indicates) is to copy pictures from your hard drive, why
don't you use Windows Explorer and right click on the
picture file and the Send to option?
Because people use what they're familiar with.
Also that simple floppy is really handy when you need to resurrect a $1000.00 machine full of
software, that's basically "dead" due to a scrammed BIOS from a power surge.
One "BIOS Bootable Floppy" with a BIOS Flash program and you're back in business.
Long live the floppy drive.

And unless you have a old, old, machine you can also boot off usb
devices, cdroms, and just about anything you can hook up to a ide
channel or usb port. What the heck most systems can not even be
booted from a floppy disk. Then again if you can use a flopppy then
you probably can boot your dos computer from a floppy. Many computers
do not even come with a floppy drive anymore.
