copy personal calendar items to public folder

Hi all
My apologies - I've read through some of the previous posts but can
find no suitable solution to my issue
We're running outlook 2002 and exchange 2000.
I have a group of users who need a public calendar which is populated
by all their indivuidual appointments.
I have created a public folder, but do not know how to automatically
add their personal items to it.
I need it to be an automatic thing else they will forget to do it!
Not sure whether I want every single thing in their personal calendars
to populate the public one, but at this stage if that's what has to
happen then so be it!
