copy paste

Strange one it seems here for me:

I copied, using mouse, a web address. However, I can't get paste function
to work on the desktop or in a folder on the desktop.(the paste function is
grayed out)

I can paste it to an email though in Out Exp using mouse.

You need to copy it to a text document like notepad, if you have "word" and
past it their clicking on it will open IE and go to that website.

Right Click after you have copied. The option is there- New .......
Shortcut. Paste into the dialogue then follow the Nexts
