copy/paste from publisher to fp 2002

why can't i copy images from Publisher into Front Page.. I'm using tables in
FP2002---copy the image out of publisher and paste into fp into a table- when
i view in the browser it ends up way off at the top or bottom of the page...
i can move it back- but then again in the browser - same problem...I'm new
but have accomplished quite alot...love this product!
I'm on an xpmachine...

Your work flow should be to create the images of the size
you want using a graphics program such as Photoshop
Elements. You then import those images into your Front
Page web on your PC. You then place them into the pages
of your website.

You will notice I did not mention the word "Publisher".
That is because it is a tool designed for a totally
different use. Don't confuse a hammer with a saw.
