Copy or redirect to one user

Here is an outlook rule I want to create but seem to have some
challenge...

Email coming to (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed)
and (e-mail address removed) all need to be Redirected to one mailbox (all on
same exchange Organization). Note that the only emails that are
adreessed TO ALL the four need to be redirected. Indivdual messages or
messages to only 2 of the four should not be acted upon.

(Outlook 2003 allows only an OR condition for multiple users not AND).
I am willing to use a 3rd party commerical product if necessary)

Perhaps OT, but have you considered setting up a mail-enabled group for
these users instead of dealing with the individual addresses? I think this
would be a lot easier....
