Copy old mails to new computer

I just got a new computer but how do i copy my old mails from microsoft
outlook to windows mail?
 
If its OE see here: www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx If its Outlook and you
don't have Outlook on the new machine, you'll have to export the Outlook
messages to OE and then import into WinMail.

This help is so good that it caused me to login and reply to a newsgroup for
the first time in ages. Cochran, you've helped me move nine years worth of
saved emails with account ID's and passwords to my new PC. Thanking you to
help in this tiny way to make it worthwhile to you to help other people.
