Copy names to new worksheet

I have named a series of cells in a spreadsheet and want to use those same
names in another worksheet in a different folder. But when I "copy all" the
names don't copy. I've tried using several "paste special" features, but
none of them allows for transferring the cell names to a new worksheet.

Hi

Copy the sheet to another book.
Right click on sheet tab>Move or Copy>Click copy>Select new Book
