Copy/Move/Import address book

Is it possible to move/copy/import an address book from Outlook 2000 to
Outlook 2003 when Exchange is not being used? The user is just using POP
thru Outlook. Everything I have researched only talkes about Corporate or
Workgroup mode. Is it even possible when not using Exchange?

Not sure what you're asking since no version of Outlook even has or uses an
address book. All Contact data is stored in one file which you can easily
copy and reuse.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
