Copy from server to workstation slow

Hi.

When I copy 200MB file from Windows 2003 server to Windows XP workstation,
it takes more than 10 minutes. It should really take less than 2 minutes to
copy 200MB file over 100Mbit NIC.

Actually, I solved the problem by changing all NICs in server in workstation
with 1G cards and connected all to 1G switch. Now to copy 200MB file takes
only 20 seconds.
