How do I fix this?

A better newsgroup for your problem?
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser

This one is for Outlook Express.

Please adjust your time/time zone. You are living in the future.

IE Tools>Internet Options>Security>[zone in which you're
working]>Custom>Miscellaneous>Drag and drop or copy and paste files>Enable

Or, considering your other recent posts to this and other MS newsgroups, you
may have even more-serious problems: http://snipurl.com/87rk

PS

OE6-specific newsgroup:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

Thanks.
What do you mean by more serious problems? The link you indicated leads to
Googles
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=...f=1&q=author:aa&meta=group=microsoft.public.*
and I cannot see the relevance

Well, for example, http://snipurl.com/88px, and other problems you seem to
be having recently. Your system may be infected by hijackware, aa. And why
you're crossposting to OE5 and OE5.5 newsgroups using OE6-SP1 (Microsoft
Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1158), and a seriously out-of-date OE6-SP1 at
that, is anybody's guess.
