copy from excell to word without grid

select your data > ctrl+c > go to Word file > ctrl+v click on the clipboard
icon on the lower right of the data and select keep text only
 
Hi,

When you paste into Word you get a table inwhich Word's table gridlines are
on, select the table and choose Table Tools, Layout, and click View Gridlines.
