I have a new computer with a C and D drive. My d drive
has alot more space on it. I was wanting to put a program
i currently have installed in my c drive into my D drive
as well as the folders associated with it. How do i do
this without losing my information? Thanks

The easiest and safest way is to uninstall the program
and reinstall using the new drive.

More specific advice could be given but it depends on the files and
where they are. Are you talking about the files in c:\program files\
(the place where producucts are usually installed)

Or are you talking about ancillary files (such as data files used by
the app which could probably go anywhere)

In most cases you cannot simply copy an installed application, it won't
work due to file location pointers in the program itself and the registry.

Back up your data files created with the program in question to the D:
drive, uninstall the program, then reinstall it telling it to install to
a folder on the D: drive instead of C: drive.
