What is the fastest way to get (first name, last name, address, city, state,
zip and phone number) from an excel worksheet to the correct fields in
outlook be sides cut and past? There has to be a better and faster way. I
have over a hundred to move. And I’m not new at this but I’m no Expert either.

You can use the Import function within Outlook for this (under the File
menu).
Make sure you map the Excel fields to the corresponding Outlook fields.

If you Save-As a CSV file you don't need to.
Otherwise, select all the data and in the Range Box (that's the box to
the left of the formula box) type in a name.
