Copy Error on XP SP 2 F6 storage driver installation

I have Intel D975XBX mobo. I'm trying to install Windows XP (including
SP 2). During device installation I got Copy Error: Can't copy
iaStor.sys. I use 4 HDDs in RAID 0 array.

How can I copy the files from the diskette to RAID 0 array?

The files need to be copied to win, not the array
Either the files on the floppy are corrupted, assuming your using the
correct ones, or maybe you have flakkey memory
