Mother board: D965WH

I dont have floppy drive. I need to install Intel RAID driver during OS
intallation.

I downloaded the latest driver which is listed in Intel site.
V. 6.2.1.1002.
Extracted the drive file using - A -A -P option.

I slipstreamed Windows XP SP2 on a base Windows XP. Then I used tool to
integrate RAID Driver to the XP + SP2.
Tools tried: nLite, SaRa-I v1_5.exe (some russian or french tool got it from
some forum)

Then I created bootable CD using Nero.

I did the BIOS setup correctly for RAID.

During installation, I am gettng "The file iastor.sys is corrupted. Press
any key to continue".

Can somebody help me to resolve this problem?

(Without integrating the driver, changing the BIOS to normal IDE for hard
drive, I am able to install Win XP + SP2 successfully)

Why fight the default set-up,simply purchase a floppy drive-15.00 or so,or
contact a pc shop for a used one- 2.00 to 5.00 Not much of an
investment.....
Also, installing the "latest" RAID drivers from intel isnt always the way to
go,thier
"latest" RAID drivers will not run on some previous intel RAID
controllers,one
must read the "read me" contents that sits along side the download, see if
youre
hardware is in it,otherwise scroll to older downloads ICH5 thru ICH7
controllers.

I have already ordered one Floppy Dirve. It is on its way.
Just wanted to give a try before it comes.
Actually I tried drivers with latest version and the one which came in the
floppy along with the motherboard.
I tried 32 bit driver. It did not give error message for iastor.sys, but it
did give me another message that it did not find any hard disk.
For 64 bit drive, I am getting an error message "The file iastor.sys is
corrupted".
