Hi
I have an XP system with a fixed master HDD, and another HDD in a rack. I
use the first HDD for work and the second for games. The software installed
on both drives would be the same to a certain point.

How could I copy all the bootable partition from the first HDD (Work) to
another bootable partition on the second HDD (Games)?

Thanx

One can only install one copy of Windows XP on one computer
or hard drive. A second installation of Windows XP will require
you to purchase a second license for the second installation.
Once you purchase a second Windows XP license, you'll need
to install it on your other hard drive. Afterward, you can install
your programs using the original installation media.

*Can* or *should* *nstall one copy of Windows XP*?

Purely out of interest, (and iicense issues aside), is it not possible to to
install an existing copy of WindowsXP on a second hard drive (whilst leaving
the original install in place) so that it can be configured without the fear
of staring from scratch, and _then_ reformat the original drive, so that
computer is legal again?

My interest is to copy a bootable partition (assume I have licences,
etc.....)

I will use the MBoard BIOS setting to boot on one or another HDD
