Copy automatically a contact into public folder

Hello

My company uses outlook on Exchange 2000. Each person has their own
personal contact folder, but we'd like to have a global contact file
in the public folder. That way we can use this global file for
emailings and other marketing operations.

Is there anyway to automatically copy a contact sheet in your user
outlook straight into a public folder instead of having to type it out
twice? Or is thee anyway to synchronize them all into one global
folder?
