When copy from e-mail and paste to word all i get is Red Square, wavy lines
around square...

Microsoft Word displays an outline instead of the picture.

Try this...
Open Word | Tools | Options | View tab | UNCheck: Picture placeholders |
Click OK

Picture placeholders
[[Displays an empty box in place of each graphic in your document. Increases
the speed at which you can scroll through and display a document that
contains many graphics.]]

This option is just to confuse people. ;-)

Glad to hear you worked it out, I was midway searching for solutions when I
read your response. I had a few other thoughts but really didn't think
they fit the bill after reading your response to Wesley.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll add it to my possible solutions.

Now you can fix you Caps Lock key by turning the Caps off.

Assuming that you are trying to copy text...
Try pasting the information into Notepad
(Start\Programs\Accessories\Notepad) first, then copying it from
notepad to Word. This should remove any unusual formatting information.
