copy and paste text version

Please help!!
I am trying to copy a resume from Microsoft Word to a
text box for a company that I am applying for a job to.
When I copy and paste in the box, the text appears in
array. Is there any way to use a link or some other way
to copy my resume and post on this company's website.

Your trying to copy a WORD DOC into an html text box?

Open NotePad
Open Word
Copy your data from Word and Paste into NotePad.
Close Word, Leave NotePad open
Go the employer page
Copy from NotePad and into the html Text box
