Copy and Paste a Visio object

I have a question I am hoping someone can clarify for me. When I copy and
paste a visio object into a word document and then try to print that document
to distiller so I can create a postscript version, the visio object is
missing detail. But if you insert the visio object, using "Insert object"
everything is fine. My question is... Do you expect "Copy and paste" to work
in this way or not? Is this a bug?

Kind regards,

Zee

Hi Zee,

When pasting, if you used Edit=>Paste what format is Word selecting as a default? You could get a different result than you would
with Insert=>Object.

What version of Word and Visio and what type of detail is missing?

Thanks Bob for the speedy reply, The version of word is 2003 and the
information that is missing is the text within the visio bubbles, its a
flowchart.
