copy addresses from distribution list in deleted file to make a n.

I tried to delete one address from a distribution list in my Outlook Express
address book & ended up deleting the whole list. So it's now in my delete
box & I want to put it back in the address book. Can I copy it to put it
back in so I don't have to enter each address again?
 
As far as I know, once you delete a distribution list, it is permanently
gone. (Please remember, this is what I think, not necessarily true).

Did you try looking up "restore distribution list" in help?
