It depends if you want to add more photos to the CD after the initial
write. If you do, go with CD-RW. Otherwise, CD-R is fine.

You can use CD-R's just fine. And you can add more pictures at a later time
if you just don't finalize it when burning the 1st pics. Use "Multisession"
option when burning. You can add up to 700 MB (lot of pictures)
Ok, this is my problem then, I am copying pictures to the cd and near the end
I get this message " There is an error in the writing process the disc you
have attempted to write may no longer be useable". These are new disc.
