Has anybody been succesful removing CoolWebSearch? MS
Antispyware detects it, supposedly deletes it, but it
reappears again in matters of seconds. I have also tried
CWShredder, Spybot, and the miniremoval, nothing works
against it.

Please help anyone.

Please submit a suspected spyware report to spynet. (tools-
submit suspected spyware report).

Feel free to say what you've got in place and have tried,
and that it didn't work.

Once that has completed, please reboot into safe mode
logged in as administrator and run a full antivirus and
MSAS, CWShredder, Spybotspyware scan with the latest
signatures to see if that helps.

I now...this is a pain. But you can removed it with MS or
reset your IE settings to default by going on the advance
options. This should do the trick.

hey here is a tool that I used on one of my kids computer
a few weeks ago, it worked just fine, if not just do a
search for tools on removal of what ever you need,

Well, I really was desperate, before I got replies here,
I went into the hijackthis newsgroup, I saw and tried
long recipes to try to erradicate it using multiples
tools booting in SafeMode, all morning lost, then I found
a guy who claimed that Adware Away did solve the problem.

I downloaded Adware Away, which had a money back
guarantee, tried it once, and didn't do it, then I
submited my scan log to their support, in less than a
30minutes I had a reply, once again to try a specific
procedure but additionally to delete a suspicious file
found on the log. Finally I am free!!! With adware away I
didn't have to boot into SafeMode and try a bunch of
tools. Just one simple tool and click delete on the
suspicious file.

Thanks everybody for your help. Try Adware Away.
