CoolAp is simple to use for everyone but powerful for advanced users.
You will never need to type your email address again - type a shortcut
and CoolAp will enter it for you. Fill forms, run programs, open files,
set alarms...write macros, set your clock at regular intervals*...
Tools include a Stopwatch, Countdown Timer, Memo pad, Hourly Chime and
Caps Lock alarm. All options can be customized.

Maybe not. In the FAQ it says:

Until recently, when you first run any of our software you will be asked
if you want to change your IE Start Page to CoolFreeSoftware.com (the
page you see automatically when you connect to the internet). This is
no longer the case--we weren't making enough money to maintain the
software or this site, so we've given it away for free.

*****************
But if the software isn't maintained, do you really want it?
