How can you lock a specific cookie, example, my ISP Web
Page, so it always comes up as logged in and yet when you
use internet options to delete cookies, that one does not
get deleted? Can it be preserved?

get deleted? Can it be preserved?

Yes, go to the cookie folder and delete all of them but the ones you want.
If you don't know where the cookie folder is, search for it using Find.
