In internet options click on the privacy tab and pull the
cookie slider right to the bottom. This will allow all
cookies.
As for you changing privacy and firewall settings i
suggest, for security resosns, you change them back to
there original settings.

Hotmail users will have much more joy in their lives if they go to IE
Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Edit> type in

hotmail.com
passport.net
msn.com
msn.net

and Allow All Cookies for each, in turn.
