Im currently trying to log on to a site and it wont let me because of cookies
can you help me and inform me of how to take cookies off my pc.

Perhaps Cookies are not enabled. Some sites require that be set, and this
is usually not a problem. They may even be helpful when you log on to the
same site in the future. And you can always delete them later.
Check your privacy or security settings. If using Internet Explorer, look
under TOOLS|INTERNET OPTIONS|PRIVACY tab. Or check the HELP file.
