cookies rejected all the time......help...............

Why is it that on my internet explorer it allways says
that cookies are rejected , because of this i am unable
to access my msn accounts on my computer and many outher
accounts i have which make life very difficult as i am
also trying to setup a website. I have done all the
things that the internet explorer "internet settings" say
to enable them but still no progress , has my computer
got a bug or is there a fault in the software , what? I
just need to beable to enable cookies so i can get on
with my online life & comunications!!!!!!

Please someone reply i am in desperate need of
assistance!!!!!!!

I think I found a solution

Upon closer examination of my system, I suddenly noticed that my system DATE was set to MAY 21, 2004! I reset the date to the current APRIL 21, 2004, and suddenly all my cookies worked properly again..

I have NO idea how the date was changed. Certainly not by me

Try checking that....
